When are you open?
Walk-in on Tuesdays (10am to 2:30pm) and Thursdays (4pm to 7pm) (come 30′ minimum before closure to have enough time to shop)
Other days and time on request, including weekends and evenings
Closure are always announced on this website (home page) and on MyGoodSwap Facebook page.
Where are you situated?
Address is 1148 Frederick rd, North Vancouver. Please don’t come outside of the times above without asking first or I won’t be available.
How is the exchange evaluated?
The exchange is mainly based on a Bring One Get One system: you bring 5 Gems, you can take 5. However some items may have a 1/2 credit value, while others have double value. I’ll check your items while you shop around, to make sure they are in very good condition and evaluate them as indicated in the following table. You can then use your Gems to choose whatever you want (same scale).

What can I bring, what will I find?
. Clothes for women XS to XL, men S to XL, teens, children and babies -please, no promotional clothing;
. Shoes, runners and boots for kids, men and women;
. Scarves, belts, bags, wallets, sunglasses, jewels and other fashion accessories;
. Toys and games for all ages;
. Small household items: 1ft wide & high max, and somehow different, funny, useful… Please, no mismatch dishes. You can ask first, to avoid bringing things that won’t be accepted. Note that there’s very limited space for those items. Unexchanged items are donated to Urban Repurpose.

Can I come with my children / husband / some friends? How much will we pay?
Of course you can. You will pay $10 fee per core family (parents and children) to exchange up to 20 items (+$10 for every 20 items). Your friends will pay their own $10 fee.
Do you have snow boots Size 8 / Hoodies for men size L / Dress pants size 00?
No idea… Please don’t ask me if I have a specific item in a specific size: the stock changes everyday. Plus I don’t know your tastes. Plus sizes are not always consistent. So just come and check, like in any other thrift store. Exception is made for people coming every month or more 🙂
Can I reserve an item for pickup?
Yes! If you want an item advertised on our Facebook page you can ask for it by commenting on the page or messaging me. I will keep the item for the first person asking for it, for up to seven days.
Can I donate without swapping?
Sure! The more choice there is, the better it is for people coming. You can just show up in the regular hour listed above, or contact me. Thank you sooo much!
